User Submission Form - DCFCD

Please note: Once you have submitted your results, they are then checked over by a human before being submitted into the database. So your submission will not be visible immediately once you have submitted it.

Brand and Model - The brand and model of the card you tested.
 Card Identifier - The internal name of the card as displayed when the card is detected by your ZX system.
 Edge Stamp - Some manufacturers print a series number on the edge of the card. This can be used to help identify the card.
 Revision / Version - Some cards when detected will display a Revision or Version number.
 CHS/LBA - The CHS (Cylinders, Heads, Sectors) and LBA (Logical Block Addressing) parameters.
Requires Power - Does the CF card require an external power source to work? Some cards require extra power before they can be 'seen' by the DivIDE.
 Works with DivIDE - Does the card work with the DivIDE or not?
 DivIDE Model - The model number of the DivIDE revision board.
 Latches Used - The latches that were in the DivIDE when tested.
 Notes - Anything useful/unusual you think should be noted about the card.
 Submitted By - Your Name or Nick/Handle/Pseudonym.
 Email Address - Your email address. This isn't displayed in the database, it's only used in cases where we need to contact you for further information about your submission.
